Rotem Gazit

CEO

Rotem Gazit has been the CEO  of Arad Technologies since September 2020.

Rotem joined Arad Technologies in 2019 as VP of R&D. Prior to Arad Technologies, Rotem held a number of R&D senior management positions in High Tech companies in Israel and in Canada.

Rotem holds a BSc degree from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and MBA from the Faculty of Industrial Engineering at the Technion University, Haifa.

Ilanit Frank

VP Human Resources

Ilanit joined Arad Technologies in 2024.

With over 11 years of experience in managing and leading strategic HR processes, Ilanit brings extensive knowledge and expertise in building strong HR infrastructures that support business needs, organizational culture, and drive organizational excellence.

Prior to joining Arad Technologies, Ilanit served as Global Head of Human Resources at Ecoppia, and before that, led global HR processes in the business and R&D sectors at Tower Semiconductors.

Ilanit holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology and a Master’s degree in Organizational Consulting from Bar-Ilan University.

Yaki Oppenheim

VP of Mechanics and Hydraulics

Yaki Oppenheim Joined Arad Technologies in Aug 2021. Yaki comes from mechanical engineering discipline and for the past 20 years Yaki has led teams developing multidisciplinary products in the Hi-Tec industry.

Yaki holds B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.

Tal Tzur

VP of SW & IT

Tal Serves as VP of Software Development and Information Systems at Arad Technologies since the company’s inception in 2000. Tal holds a bachelor’s degree in information systems from Jezreel Valley College.

Snir Azulay

VP of HW Engineering & Radio

Snir Azulay joined Arad Technologies in 2012.

Throughout his tenure, he has held a variety of leadership positions in team management, project management, and systems engineering, contributing to the development of advanced smart water metering and IoT solutions.

In 2020, Snir was appointed Director of Hardware, RF & Test Engineering, leading multidisciplinary teams responsible for hardware development, RF systems, antenna design, hardware and RF validation, and engineering test systems.

In 2021, he was promoted to Vice President of Hardware, assuming responsibility for the company’s global hardware strategy, wireless technologies, hardware product architecture, and hardware engineering execution across its international business units.

Prior to joining Arad Technologies, Snir led the Antenna System Development Team at Geltronics, where he specialized in RF and antenna technologies.

Snir holds a Bachelor of Technology , in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from ORT Braude College and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Open University of Israel.

Sharon Kaydar

VP of Quality and Excellence

Sharon brings more than 25 years of experience in quality management,
R&D, and program management in multidisciplinary environments, primarily in
the aerospace and defense industries. Her expertise includes end-to-end
quality management across product development and New Product
Introduction (NPI), with a strong background in hardware, software,
embedded systems, systems engineering, and project management.

She leads Arad Technologies’ quality and excellence strategy, driving
operational excellence, strengthening execution discipline, and fostering a
culture of continuous improvement across the organization. Throughout her
career, Sharon has led complex initiatives and managed strategic
relationships with both Israeli and international customers, contributing to the
successful delivery of advanced multidisciplinary programs.
Sharon holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Software Engineering, a Master
of Business Administration (MBA), and a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in
Systems Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

Arthur Soifer

Director of Embedded Software

Arthur joined Arad Technologies in 2022.
With more than 10 years of experience in embedded software engineering
and over 7 years in engineering leadership, Arthur combines deep technical
expertise with a strategic business perspective. He leads the company’s
embedded software strategy, driving innovation, technical excellence, and the
development of scalable, high-quality embedded platforms that support Arad
Technologies’ long-term product vision.

Prior to joining Arad Technologies, Arthur served as a Senior Embedded
Software Engineer and Team Leader at CommIT, where he led complex
embedded software projects for the defense industry.
Arthur holds a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering and a Master’s
degree in Systems Engineering from Braude College.

Alex Ribak

Director of system validation & delivery

Alex joined Arad Technologies in 2023.
With more than 25 years of experience leading Validation and Delivery
organizations, Alex brings extensive expertise in validation methodologies,
product lifecycle management, field trials, delivery processes, and customer-
focused execution. He leads Arad Technologies' Validation and Delivery
organization, driving product quality, operational excellence, and efficient
delivery processes while ensuring successful product releases and customer
satisfaction.

Prior to joining Arad Technologies, Alex served as Validation Group Manager
at Western Digital. Before that, he held several leadership positions at Sarine
Group, including Validation & Delivery Manager and Technical Product
Manager, where he played a key role in product validation, delivery
excellence, and cross-functional product development.
Alex holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Engineering from
ORT Braude College.
