Rotem Gazit

CEO

Rotem Gazit has been the CEO  of Arad Technologies since September 2020.

Rotem joined Arad Technologies in 2019 as VP of R&D. Prior to Arad Technologies, Rotem held a number of R&D senior management positions in High Tech companies in Israel and in Canada.

Rotem holds a BSc degree from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and MBA from the Faculty of Industrial Engineering at the Technion University, Haifa.

Efrat Schechter

VP Human Resources

Efrat joined Arad Technologies in 2023. 

With over 20 years of experience in managing and leading HR processes, Efrat brings with her knowledge and expertise in building strong HR infrastructures that support growth and drive organizational excellence.

Prior to joining Arad Technologies, Efrat served as VP of Global Human Resources at ACS Motion Control, and before that, led HR processes at the water division of John Deere, Israel.

Efrat holds a BA in Social Science and a Master’s in Organizational Development from the University of Haifa.

Yaki Oppenheim

VP of Mechanics and Hydraulics

Yaki Oppenheim Joined Arad Technologies in Aug 2021. Yaki comes from mechanical engineering discipline and for the past 20 years Yaki has led teams developing multidisciplinary products in the Hi-Tec industry.

Yaki holds B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.

Tal Tzur

VP of SW & IT

Tal Serves as VP of Software Development and Information Systems at Arad Technologies since the company’s inception in 2000. Tal holds a bachelor’s degree in information systems from Jezreel Valley College.

Snir Azulay

VP of HW Engineering & Radio

Snir Azulay joined Arad Technologies in 2012, during his time with the company he held team management, project management and systems engineering positions.
As of October 2020, Snir is the Director of Hardware, RF and Testing Apparatuses department.
Prior to that, he led the Antenna System Development team at Geltronics.
Snir holds a BSC in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from ORT Braude College, and a Master of Business Administration from the Open University.

Adi Ilan

VP of Field Engineering

Adi Ilan has been the Vice President of Projects at Arad Technologies since 2011. Prior to that, he held several senior positions in operations, development and marketing at various high-tech companies. Adi is an instrumentation and control practical engineer and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Champlain University.

Noga Bar

VP of Quality and Excellence

Noga joined Arad Technologies in January 2022.

Noga leads all the company’s activities in the fields of quality engineering, quality management and system testing and is engaged in the developing and improving processes and methods in order to maintain a world class product quality.

Noga brings with her over 20 years of experience in quality management, at all stages of the project life cycle with an emphasis on the development and production of multidisciplinary products at the forefront of technology.

Noga holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and a master’s degree in quality and reliability engineering, both degrees from the Technion.

Alex Sosnovsky

VP of Embedded Development

Alex joined Arad Technologies in January 2023.

Alex has over 20 years of experience in leading R&D teams and in SW Development process at all stages of the project life cycle of multidisciplinary products, which he brings from working in Motorola Solutions, Orbit Communications Systems and Parallel Wireless.

Alex holds BA in Mathematics and Computer Sciences from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology and MBA in Business Administration with specialization in Information Systems Management and Data Science from Ono Academic College.

Galit Klaus

VP of Project Management

Joined Arad Technologies in Feb 2021. Galit comes from project management discipline and brings experience in leading project management teams in complex and matrix organizations while integrating cross functional tasks and teams. Galit has vast knowledge in project management methodologies, processes and tools, which she brings from working in Amdocs, Verint, ECI and more. Galit holds B.Sc in Management and Computer Science from the Open University.
