Job Description:
- Part-time HO work (about 50%)
- Expand the company’s Front End
- Provide professional development for team members
- Manage diverse offshore teams
- Monitor team member product quality and performance
- Work with team members to complete tasks and resolve problems
- Handle professional issues for team members
Requirements and skills
The Team Leader Must have:
- Relevant academic education (Computer Science, Information Systems)
- At least 5 years of experience in FE development
- At least 2 years of experience as an FE team leader
- An in-depth understanding of developing Web systems (SaaS)
- The ability to understand complex software systems
- Strong interpersonal communication skills (team player)
- Experience in software development using the Agile Scrum methodology
- Good written and spoken English
- An orientation for graphic design, a passion for design, an eye for detail, and be neat and tidy
- Hands on, in-depth knowledge of Angular 2.x, JS, Visual Studio Code or WebStorm, HTML5, and CSS
- Experience leading offshore teams
- Experience in Power BI Embedded
- Background in ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server
