Arad Technologies is the Research and Development Center for the Arad Group. At Arad Technologies, we develop the next generation of Arad’s products, manufactured and sold by our sister companies around the globe.
We are looking for an experienced Global CISO to lead organizational security strategy.
Requirements
The Global CISO will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive information security strategy to protect the organization’s assets, data, and intellectual property. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of cybersecurity, risk management, and regulatory compliance. The Global CISO will work closely with other executives to ensure the security of our global operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a global information security strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and manage the information security team, providing guidance and support.
- Oversee the development and implementation of security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and mitigate security threats.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC1, SOC2).
- Collaborate with IT, R&D and other departments to integrate security measures into all aspects of the organization.
- Manage incident response and recovery efforts in the event of a security breach.
- Stay current with emerging security trends, threats, and technologies.
- Communicate security risks and strategies to the executive team and board of directors.
- Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science (or other equivalent), Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in information security, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Relevant certifications such as (CISSP, CISM, or CISA or equivalent).
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful security strategies.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Very good spoken and written English
