Arad Technologies employs over 100 engineers and researchers, including Software, Firmware, Radio, hardware, hydraulics, mechanics, and more.
We seek a bright, curious, and strategic thinker to join our business and technology development team. The position involves responsibility for mapping and analysing advanced international markets and technologies, with a focus on IoT, communications, and sensing technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse markets and technology domains: identify key players, innovation trends, leading products, and business models.
- Continuously monitor global developments in regulation, technology, and strategic trends.
- Gather high-quality information from diverse sources: conferences, professional websites, patent databases, and academic publications.
- Produce in-depth reports and comparative analyses, including actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Prepare business and technology presentations and present findings to senior management and development teams.
- Collaborate closely with internal interfaces (development, marketing, management) and global stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business Administration / or another relevant field. Significant professional experience may be considered as a substitute.
- Previous experience in market research, competitive analysis, or business/technology consulting – strong advantage.
- Solid technological understanding in areas such as IoT, communication systems, and sensing technologies.
- Analytical and strategic thinking, investigative mindset, and strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) and strong presentation skills with the ability to convey information to diverse audiences in both Hebrew and English.
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with BI tools – an advantage.
