We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hardware Design Engineer to lead the design and development of advanced electronic boards involving analog, RF, acoustic sensing, and ultra-low-power microcontroller technologies.
The role includes full responsibility from concept to mass production, ensuring seamless integration with firmware, RF, production, and system engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-develop end-to-end hardware solutions with cross-functional teams, from concept, schematic, and layout through validation and production release.
- Design and develop analog, RF, and acoustic-based circuits optimized for low-power performance.
- Conduct PDR and CDR milestones with full technical documentation.
- Collaborate closely with Firmware, RF, Production, and System teams to ensure product integration and performance targets.
- Define test requirements, support validation and certification, and troubleshoot during prototype and production phases.
- Drive continuous improvement in hardware design methods and product reliability.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in analog and mixed-signal board design (RF, sensors, MCUs).
- Proven experience in low-power embedded hardware development.
- Familiarity with acoustic or piezoelectric sensing - an advantage.
- Strong system-level understanding and ability to lead multidisciplinary interfaces.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and teamwork skills.
