Job description:

We are looking for a motivated team member to join our team. This is a great entry-level opportunity for candidates with a hands-on technical background to gain valuable industry experience. The primary focus of the position is hands-on technical support:

• Supporting software and firmware upgrades for products in large quantities.
• Flashing software/firmware onto electronic boards and running designated scripts.
• Learning Arad products and supporting validation activities.
• Reproducing and investigating issues, identifying defects, and documenting findings.
• Providing technical support and working with R&D to verify fixes
