Job description:
Arad is leading a strategic initiative to transition our customers (Water Corporations) from our legacy "CityMind" system to the new, advanced "Harmony" system.
We are looking for a highly interpersonal and tech-savvy professional to lead this change on the ground, closely accompany our clients, and ensure a smooth and effective transition.
Responsibilities:
- Change Management & Implementation: Closely support users at water corporations, manage resistance to change, and build trust in the new system.
- Training & Certification: Assist users, conduct both individual and general training sessions, and foster on-site expertise.
- Field Presence: Travel physically to client sites across the country to provide dedicated, "eye-level" support and personal accompaniment.
- Characterization & Troubleshooting: Identify system gaps, gather needs from the field, and reflect them to the R&D teams to develop complementary solutions.
- Technical Implementation: Perform configurations, define users and permissions, and establish processes within the Harmony system
Requirements
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding human relations, patience, and a proven ability to lead change and handle objections.
- Technological Affinity: High operational capabilities (configurations, system settings), a strong technical understanding of complex software systems, and troubleshooting skills.
- Independence & Fast Learning: Ability to quickly master new systems and understand business processes.
- Mobility: A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively to client sites across the country.
Significant Advantages:
- Previous experience in implementation, application roles, or Tier-2 application support is a significant advantage.
